Light bodied, low to medium acidity. A smooth, smoky, chocolaty flavor with some light fruit tones.
Creature Comforts (Organic)
380 different species of migratory birds, small mammals and insects live comfortably in and below the shade tree canopy that grows over the coffee plantations of El Salvador. Then we add some WONDERMUCK! and a little Sumatran, balancing smoke and body.
